Including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request. and our team will assist you right away.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
=================>> RETURNS & EXCHANGES <<=================
All products come with a replacement/refund warranty for 30 DAYS from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For returns, please pack the product well to ensure that it will not be damaged. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your request is confirmed, we will process your exchange or refund. Return processing may take up to 30 business days from the date we receive your return. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Before returning any items, please read and follow the instructions below carefully. Please ensure you understand our return policy and confirm that all conditions have been met before sending any items back.
* If the item you received does not match the description on our website or does not fit properly, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days by emailing vip@quicksandmonster.com.
* Your written request must include your order number, the name of the item(s) to be returned, the reason for the return (refund, exchange for a different style, or exchange for a different frame), as well as an explanation and photos illustrating the issue.
Once your request is approved, our customer service team will provide a return address (not the original shipping address or the address where the package was sent). Please ship the item back to the return address as soon as possible and send us the tracking number.
All returned items will be inspected. If we confirm that the item has the issue you described, we will reship the correct item or issue a refund.
* If you encounter any issues not mentioned above, please email vip@quicksandmonster.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including a detailed explanation and photos outlining the reason for your request.

*Items in stock will be shipped within 3–5 business days after you place your order. If you cancel your order within 1 business day, we will issue a full refund.
*If a customer cancels an order before the delivery date and within the specified timeframe, the order can be canceled.
Canceling Unpaid Orders
If your order has not yet been paid for, you can easily cancel it yourself.

Cancel Paid Orders
If your order has been paid for, you need to contact us via vip@quicksandmonster.com as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
========>> DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED/MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS <<===========
You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
* Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.
* If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item to be non-refundable
=================>> LATE/MISSING REFUNDS <<=================
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
If you have not received a refund, you can take the following steps:
*Check your bank or PayPal balance again (transaction may be delayed).
*Contact your bank/credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially released, as it may take up to 7-10 business days to process the balance).
